1. What should I wear to a class?
Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic wear to your class. Cycling shorts or padded shorts can enhance your comfort during the ride. Don’t forget to bring your SPD clip spin shoes. If you don’t have your own pair, no worries—just let us know, and we’ll provide a pair for you to use in the studio.
2. How early should I arrive for a class?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up your bike, and get familiar with the studio environment.
3. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we suggest booking in advance through our website or app to secure your spot.
4. What if I’m new to indoor cycling?
Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. For beginners, we recommend starting with our Form & Flow class, which is specifically tailored to help you ease into indoor cycling with a focus on technique and comfort.
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?
We offer a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class. Any cancellations made after 12 hours will forfeit your class credit.
6. What facilities are available at the studio?
Our studio offers lockers, showers, towels and a water fountain.
