KENNEDY H
Megaformer Instructor
Kennedy Henry is a Montreal-based movement professional, dancer, and Lagree instructor with a foundation in classical ballet and diverse movement practices. A former performer with Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, she toured internationally, developing the discipline, musicality, and precision that now shape her approach to teaching. Her professional dance career sparked a deeper interest in strength training and longevity, leading her to the Lagree Method, which she has taught for the past six years. Known for her sharp eye for alignment and intentional sequencing, Kennedy leads challenging, controlled classes that emphasize deep muscular engagement and steady progression. She helps clients build strength, stability, and endurance while cultivating a strong mind–body connection. Kennedy is also a spin instructor, bringing energy and clarity to high-intensity settings. Outside the studio, she continues to work as a dancer and choreographer in Montreal, drawing inspiration from creative collaboration and the power of movement to build community.
