This one–of-a-kind workout provides a number of exercise options and encourages maximal exertion to promote effective muscle fatigue with no stress on the joints or the spine.

Our classes effectively combine core, strength, cardio, balance and flexibility not only in one session, but into each and every move.

The slow-controlled movements, fast transitions from one exercise to the next, and high-level intensity allow you to maintain an elevated heart rate and keep you in the fat burning zone for the full 50-minute class!

WHAT IS THE MEGAFORMER MACHINE?

At the core of the Lagree Fitness training method is the M3S Megaformer, an advanced and redesigned evolution of the traditional pilates reformer. These innovative machines provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercises options than a traditional reformer. The machine also allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to get the heart pumping and maintain an increased heart rate.

All muscle groups from big to small are strengthened and lengthened in a non-aggressive, non-impact manner making this workout as good on the joints as it is for the muscles.
