The Lagree Fitness training method is based on the M3S Megaformer, an advanced and redesigned evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer. These innovative machines offer constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. They also allow the body to transition quickly and smoothly from one move to the next, keeping the heart pumping and the heart rate elevated.

With a unique carriage and spring system, the Megaformer challenges stability, strength, and endurance simultaneously.
