What Is the Lagree Method?

The Lagree method is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness approach that combines strength training, cardio, and core work into one full-body workout. Performed on the innovative Megaformer machine, it emphasizes slow, controlled movements to engage muscles fully and safely.

Unlike traditional workouts, the Lagree method keeps your heart rate elevated while protecting your joints and spine, delivering results without risk.

Lagree vs. Pilates: What’s the Difference?

While both Lagree Fitness and Pilates focus on controlled movements and core strength, Lagree offers a more intense, full-body workout. Performed on the Megaformer, Lagree incorporates added resistance, slow tempo, and quick transitions to build muscular endurance and burn fat. Traditional Pilates emphasizes alignment, flexibility, and precision, with exercises performed on the Reformer or a mat. While Pilates offers a solid foundation in movement and control, Lagree takes it a step further—delivering faster results through a more dynamic and challenging routine.

Intro to Megaformer M3S

Intro to Megaformer M3S is the perfect class for beginners looking to familiarize themselves with the Megaformer and the Lagree Fitness Method. This class is designed to move at a slower pace, allowing you to comfortably learn the basics of the Megaformer, understand proper form, and build foundational strength. Our instructors will guide you through each movement with detailed explanations and modifications, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable introduction to your Lagree Core journey.

MEGAFORMER M3S

LagreeCore’s signature class on the Megaformer combines cardio, strength training and pilates for 50 minutes of heart-pumping, muscle-quivering, total body conditioning with an emphasis on core.

SHRED & TREAD

Shred & Tread is where the slow movements of the Megaformer meet the faster movements of the treadmill. When you combine 25 minutes on the Megaformer and 25 minutes on the treadmill, you get a workout that will make you sweat and sore!
