WHAT IS LAGREE FITNESS?

Lagree Fitness is a Pilates based workout infused with cardio and strength training for absolute body transformation! The intense 50-minute workout on the state of the art Megaformer M3S adds a unique twist to traditional reformer pilates; combining cardio and strength training for a full body workout.

HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE EACH WEEK?

The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more, or less time to recover. We recommend 3-5 times a week, but some clients love the workout so much they come 4-5 times a week. Listen to your body.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AND SCHEDULE SESSIONS?

Our automated online booking system can be found on our homepage under the “Schedule and Sign Up” tab. It is the easiest, fastest and most accurate way to book sessions. Simply create a user name and password and use it to schedule, purchase and track your visit history. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All classes must be prepaid.

ARE MY PURCHASES REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

Sorry, but all purchases are final, & are not transferable.

WILL MY SPOT BE GIVEN AWAY IF I AM LATE?

Yes. Please try to arrive a few minutes early. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled class time, your space may be given to someone who is waiting.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS CLASS?

Classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance or else or your class credit will be foreited.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. SHOULD I TAKE A PRIVATE CLASS?

It depends on your current fitness level. Most new students do great in the small group classes. The workout is intense but the routine is simple and our certified trainers have been trained to adjust the exercises and offer modification to suit your physical needs.

However if you have a specific limitation or suffer from chronic pain due to some sort of medical condition an initial private session is recommended in order to assess your fitness level. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know so we can take care of you.

HOW MANY CALORIES WILL I BURN WITH ONE SESSION?

You can burn 500-700 calories during class. Since it’s a slow burn workout, the body will continue to burn calories for a few hours after.

CAN I WORKOUT AT LAGREE CORE IF I AM PREGNANT?

For clients who are pregnant and new to the workout, we do not advise starting our classes. However, clients who have been regularly attending classes may continue working out with us as long as you receive approval from your doctor. Please contact us if you have any questions.

WHERE WILL I PUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

We have a secure locker system so that you can store and lock up all of your personal belongings.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING (AND NOT BRING) TO CLASS?

1.Come with a positive attitude. You may bring your stress but plan on leaving it behind after class. You need to be present minded when working out to maximize the benefits of this workout.

2. Grip socks give you added stability during class and ensures the cleanest surfaces on the machine and on the floor. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

3. Comfortable clothing that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to breathe. Preferably not too loose or baggy so instructors are able to see your alignment and form.

4. There’s a water cooler, however some students prefer to bring their own.

5.Please do not bring jewelry, strong perfumes, lotions or oils, and please silence your phones.
